The Moat Christmas dinner give-away

Terms and conditions

The competition begins on 1 December 2018 and ends on 21 December 2018.
Entrants must eat dinner at The Moat during the competition in order to be eligible.
One winner will be selected each day at random and presented with a gift voucher for $80.00.
The Moat may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person. The Moat reserves the right to contact the selected winner by other means. Prior to receiving the prize, the winner may be required to show proof of identity, for example, their passport or driver’s license.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The winner must book directly with The Moat via phone or email to redeem their voucher.

All prizes must be claimed between 9 January 2019 and 28 February 2019.
Accepting a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to be photographed and/or interviewed by a representative of The Moat. The winner consents to use his or her name, city/town of residence, competition entry, photographs and/or interviews for competition or publicity purposes without compensation for an unlimited period including on The Moat's website and social media channels.
Entry is only open to individuals who are 18 years or over on the date of entry who are residents in Australia.
